Add a few drops of sesame oil, use soy sauce instead of salt and lime juice instead of lemon to dress a killer Asian slaw or mixed melon and jicama salad. Print Pin Cilantro Vinaigrette Ingredients1 cup fresh cilantro, use the trimmed stems too if they aren’t bitter1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed1/4 cup rice wine vinegar3-4 tbsp honey1 tsp grated fresh ginger1/2 cup good canola oil (Highwood Crossing)salt and pepper to taste InstructionsCombine all ingredients except oil in a blender or food processor. An immersion blender works well for smaller amounts. Gradually add the oil as you are processing. Season to taste.
