One you’ve learned a little bit about coffee\, they’ll dive into cupping\, which is how the industry evaluates and scores coffees. Together you will walk through the process of cupping\, explaining why and how to cup coffees\, while evaluating a curated selection of coffees. \nYou will spend time discussing each of the coffees in depth\, to learn about what makes them unique and how origin\, variety and processing contribute to the cup.
