Hibiscus Gin Sour

This bright pink hibiscus cocktail will liven up any table. A perfect combination of tart and sweet but especially refreshing on a hot summer day.

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 rocks glass (old fashioned glass)


  • 1.5 oz Park Distillery Gin
  • .25 oz House made hibiscus simple syrup
  • 1 lemon slice
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz Chambord liqueur


  • Add all ingredients except lemon slice to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice cubes.
  • Put lid on and shake for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice.
