Hibiscus Gin Sour
This bright pink hibiscus cocktail will liven up any table. A perfect combination of tart and sweet but especially refreshing on a hot summer day.

- 1 cocktail shaker
- 1 rocks glass (old fashioned glass)
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Park Distillery Gin
- .25 oz House made hibiscus simple syrup
- 1 lemon slice
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Chambord liqueur
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except lemon slice to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice cubes.
- Put lid on and shake for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
