Lemon juice and fresh rosemary make this lemony Rosemary Tahini Dressing ideal for dipping (vegetables or pita), drizzling (on bowls) or mixing in salads. Made from scratch it is easy and delicious.

Rosemary Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/3 cup water to thin
- salt and pepper to taste

Rosemary can help lower cholesterol! I substituted Lime juice & Rice Vinegar for some of the lemon & ACV (cleaning out the frig & pantry), added Juniper Berries, Shallots, and thinned the sauce w beet root steamer water. I used it in Soba Noodle Stir Fry. Grand results!
