Cool down this summer with Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles! While ice cream is fun, popsicles are super easy to make at home with minimal effort. Using Greek yogurt to make these popsicles gives you a dreamy, creamy result. With strawberries in abundance during the summer, they are a popular fruit to add to popsicles and a great way to get in a serving of fruit. If you are using an unsweetened yogurt, you can sweeten these easily with some honey. Three ingredients and you have a delicious dessert that you can enjoy anytime, even at breakfast!

Add strawberries, yogurt and honey in a blender and whiz until it’s creamy and well combined. Pour into a popsicle mold and let freeze for a few hours.

This recipe makes 3 cups and can be frozen into whatever size mold you have. You can also use small freezer bags to make strawberry yogurt freezies.

Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)


  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt and honey until well blended.
  • Pour into molds and freeze completely.
  • Swap out whatever berries you have on hand for new and exiting flavours.
