Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 oz milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Peppermint syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • chocolate shavings

Instructions

  • In a small pan, combine the milk, chocolate chips and peppermint syrup.
  • Let the chocolate melt over medium heat, stirring until it has completely melted.
  • Pour into two cups and top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Notes

For a richer hot chocolate, replace half the milk with heavy cream.
