Shoyu Tare

Ingredients

  • 225 g shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 20 ml fish sauce
  • 20 g ginger
  • 20 g garlic
  • 30 ml mirin (rice wine)
  • 30 ml sake

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into pot bring up to boil do not reduce. Add shiitake from ramen broth and let it cool.
