Carrot and Apple Juice
With so many options in vegetables and fruits out there, it is easy to choose what you like and make something delicious. This juice has carrots for beta carotene and vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium, apples for a little sweetness and loads of antioxidants, tomatoes for fibre and ginger for that little kick. Toss everything in a juicer, mix and serve with or without ice.
- 4 large carrots
- 1 medium apple
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 inch piece of ginger
Throw all the ingredients into a juicer.
Follow the instructions of your juicer model.
Mix together and add ice.
