Mediterranean Flatbread
There are no measurements here, just measure with your heart.
- Flatbread or Naan
- Pesto
- Cherry tomatoes halved
- Red onions sliced
- Sundried tomatoes
- Black or green olives
- Spinach
- Parsley or cilantro
- Crumbled feta cheese
Place your flatbread on a greased baking sheet.
Spread a thin layer of pesto on the flatbread and then top with veggies of your choice.
Top with a sprinkling of feta.
Bake at 450 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes until the base is crisped up.
Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
