Mediterranean Flatbread

When it comes to busy weeknights, fast and easy dishes are always welcome. Mediterranean Flatbread is a quick and easy dinner but also makes for a terrific appetizer when people are coming over.

Ready made flatbread or naan is a great base to hold toppings like feta, tomatoes, onions, and olives. If you have some extra time to spend on the dough, grab a ball of pizza dough at your favourite local Italian grocery store and load it up with fresh and tasty toppings.

Mediterranean Flatbread

There are no measurements here, just measure with your heart.


  • Flatbread or Naan
  • Pesto
  • Cherry tomatoes halved
  • Red onions sliced
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Black or green olives
  • Spinach
  • Parsley or cilantro
  • Crumbled feta cheese


  • Place your flatbread on a greased baking sheet.
  • Spread a thin layer of pesto on the flatbread and then top with veggies of your choice.
  • Top with a sprinkling of feta.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes until the base is crisped up.
  • Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
