Cream the butter and icing sugar.

Add in the cornstarch and flour and beat until a dough forms.

Form balls from the dough and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

Press each dough ball down with a fork and add sprinkles if you are adding them.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
