Calling all sweet lovers! Go on a culinary journey with us to the Mediterranean and learn to make some of our favourite desserts from the region, including Baklava and Zabaglione Gratin. Join Atco Blue Flame Kitchen Red Seal Chefs as we learn the origins of Baklava and how to compose the perfect Zabaglione.
