You are invited to spend the evening with us relaxing under the open sky with delicious food, beautiful scenery and local music by Meadowsweet!

We will be featuring vegetables from local Souto Farms with a short presentation on their farm operation.

The menu will include cocktails and wine that has been locally sourced for you to enjoy. For your entertainment, we will have lawn games, bonfires and a local musician!

• charred sourdough – burrata – garden tomatoes – fresh peaches – haskap drizzle

• blistered cherries – pickled cucumbers – dehydrated beets – sugar snap peas

• local baby potatoes – garden dill + créme fråiche

• herb-crusted wild-caught salmon in a champagne sauce + preserved lemon couscous
• a glass of locally paired wine

• seasonal fresh fruit pie + lemon herb cream + chilled brown sugar frothed espresso

About Souto Farms:

We are 3rd generation fruit farmers from Oliver, British Columbia, Canada and NEW veggie farmers from Airdrie, Alberta. Everything we’ve learned comes from years of hard work and experience through our parents. We feel lucky to be able to work alongside our family to provide amazing products for your family.
