Bourbon is America’s whiskey!  It has been distilled since the 18th century and there is some mystery as to who officially created it.  The flavour is a bit sweeter than your Scotch or Irish whiskeys and darker in colour thanks to the charred oak barrels Bourbon is aged in.   Join us as we taste through different producers – large and small – of this “distinctive product of the United States.”  Maybe you’ll find something special to add to your collection!
