The evening will feature 7 innovative courses paired exclusively with Eau Claire Distillery’s award winning spirits and cocktails. Our incredible line up will feature the talent of 5 local Chefs. Junell Mission the current Chef De cuisine of Oxbow, Ivan Montealto currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Sky360, Alex Dechavez chef allumni, Rupert Garcia Chef of Hawthorn and lastly Hans Suarez the Pastry chef at Fine Print, a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Stephen Avenue.
