The highly anticipated Half Your Plate Chefs Dinner is back again! This unique event brings together some of the city’s top chefs to prepare a multi-course dining experience with a special focus on fruits and vegetables.

- Time: Cocktails 5:45 pm-6:30 pm, Dinner 6:45 pm
- Location: Safari Lodge, located inside of the Calgary Zoo
- Age Restriction: 18+
Event Highlights:
- Casual Cocktail and Appetizer Reception: The evening will kick off with a casual cocktail and appetizer reception, where guests can mingle and enjoy a variety of delicious starters.
- Four-Course Plated Meal: Following the reception, guests will be treated to a four-course plated meal. A different chef will prepare each course, each presenting their unique take on a produce-forward plate. While fruits and vegetables are the star of the show, please note that this is not a vegan or vegetarian event.
- Swag Bag: Guests will receive a bag filled with exciting goodies to take home.
