This Valentine’s Day, bring your loved ones to the Central Library and find your happily ever after!

On February 14, the massive escape event Locked Library returns for one night of fairytale adventure. You and your team will have two hours to quest through the realm. Work together, solve puzzles, and race to be among the first to escape the enchanting Central Library. Proceeds support the Calgary Public Library Foundation.

It wouldn’t be Valentine’s Day without a sweet treat! Event partner, Village Ice Cream, will be handing out cups of ice cream for the first 700 attendees.

Teams
There is no maximum team size, though we recommend teams of four people. Individual players and teams of less than four people may be grouped together upon arrival.

Check-in and arrival
Doors open at 7:00 PM. Please show up to the event with your team, you will not be allowed to check-in and register until your entire team has arrived. Game begins at 7:30 PM.

Audience
This is a family-friendly event, though puzzle difficulty is designed for an adult audience. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and all event participants (adults and children) must have a ticket for the event.
