A Once in a Lifetime Gastronomic Journey with Bordeaux Wine Producer Domaine de Chevalier and Modern Steak.

Modern Steak Stephen Avenue has been chosen by prestigious Bordeaux wine producer Domaine de Chevalier for an exclusive one-date only event experience. On October 17, 2023, 28 guests will indulge in a six-course culinary journey created by acclaimed chefs Xavier Lacaze and Anthony Pittello. Each course is accompanied by a selection of world-renowned Bordeaux wines from Domaine de Chevalier, one of the oldest wineries in Bordeaux. Hosted by M. Hugo Bernard, Owner and Oenologist, and Gaëtan de Corbier, Export Director, the guests will partake in an educational wine pairing expedition that illustrates the unique terroir of Domaine de Chevalier.
