Join Prairie Dog Brewing and Knifewear for this Calgary workshop. You’ll learn all the tricks and techniques, from trimming the brisket to wrapping, slicing and serving PLUS an introduction to Japanese knives and a knife skills lesson with our friends at Knifewear! You’ll learn all about Clifford the Big Red Smoker and smokers in general (Clifford is the largest indoor smoker in Canada!), plus much more information on smoking meats. At the end of the day, you’ll get to take home a prepared brisket, coleslaw and pico de gallo prepared by you PLUS a knife of your choosing from Knifewear’s pop up shop the day of the event using an included $200 credit.
