Fairmont Palliser’s Hawthorn and Wagner Family of Wines will host an elegant California Wine Dinner on March 31, 2023.

This exclusive dining experience will consist of a five-course dinner, curated by Hawthorn Chef Daniel Mracka, with dishes inspired by Spring on the West Coast and featured pairings from Napa’s Wagner Family of Wines, presented by brand ambassador and sommelier, Lucy Lamont.

The evening begins at 6pm and is $195 per person, including tax and gratuity.
