Learn how to make these beauties from start to finish. You will make the cannoli shells including the dough, roll it through a pasta machine, cut and form the dough onto a cannoli mould, fry the shells and then finally fill them. Next up – the cannoli filling! Make a simple filling and learn about different, easy to make flavour options.
Class includes a bubbly toast of prosecco for each participant. Each person will have cannoli’s to create and fill during the class, receive extra shells and filling to take home and be offered a fresh cup of your favourite coffee or tea at the end of the class. Must be 18+.
