Céad Mile Fáilte!

That’s Celtic for “A Hundred Thousand Welcomes!”

PaSu Farm’s Celtic Evening is always a wonderful way to honour the culinary traditions of the Emerald Isle. At this dinner, folks have even been known to sing an Irish tune or two, as a tribute to the comradery of an old-tyme Irish pub.

Bring a guitar or other instrument and join us in singing a few traditional Irish favourites.

Of course, the evening will feature a fine Celtic feast fit for St. Patrick himself! The menu includes Mussel Stew, Oat Cakes, Whole Wheat Soda Bread, Fried Smoked Salmon Cabbage Salad, Samit (curds with garlic) Colcannon (mixture of potatoes, cabbage and shallots), Lamb Stew, Roast Beef and Apple/Saskatoon Pie.

Come and join us in a delicious celebration of Alban Eiler (“Light of the Earth”), also known as the Vernal, or Spring Equinox.
