Bonjour et bienvenue to our French country kitchen! This class is a tribute to French signature dishes such as Camembert crostini with a French Onion soup, followed by a classic Coq au Vin and a delightful Grand-Marnier soufflé.

This class includes a recipe booklet, a three-course meal with wine pairing or a non-alcoholic beverage, and a customized kitchen utensil to take home.

  • Crostini Normand
    Shallot, leek, melted camembert
  • Soupe à l’oignon
    Traditional French onion soup
  • Coq au Vin
    Braised chicken in red wine sauce
  • Soufflé au Grand-Marnier
    Classic hot Soufflé with Grand-Marnier sauce

In-person classes at our culinary centre are sold on individual registration. For example, if you have purchased a spot for approximately $130.15, you have only purchased one registration spot. If you would like to register for two people (two spots), please make sure to change “Number of Participants”, before choosing your class date and time on the first page.
