Dia de los Muertos translates to Day of the Dead and its an important day in Mexican culture. Typically celebrated on November 1st Dia de los Muertos is a celebration of ancestors who have passed away – the festivities that take place are joyful and help people remember the deceased and celebrate their memory. Many of Saskatoon Farm’s team members hail from Mexico, so it’s very exciting for them to be hosting a Dia de los Muertos celebration at the Saskatoon Farm. Their greenhouse will be glowing with Mexican decor, lights, towering tropical plants, good friends, and great music.
