Welcome Chef Francis, the brilliant mind behind Fine Print, and Pastry Chef Hans, the master of sweets from the same beloved spot, into our kitchen. Alongside our very own Chef Leroy, they’ll be crafting a menu that dives deep into Filipino flavours, traditions, and storytelling. Each dish a reflection of their journeys, memories, and passion for the food that raised them.
