Join us at The Highwood on Thursday, October 19th from 5:30pm-9:00pm to ignite your taste buds as Chef Joe Thottungal and the SAIT Culinary students conjure up an exquisite 6-course collaborative feast, infusing traditional techniques from Chef Joe’s latest cookbook My Thali: A Simple Indian Kitchen.
