On Sunday April 23rd enjoy a delicious plant based, family style chefs table meal in honour of Nan on her birthday. Experience some of Nan’s favourite dishes, some you may know, and others that may be a new flavour experience.
Nan always cooked with her heart and soul, and we’re bringing our best on this special night to honour her memory, and pay homage to a special woman who touched the lives of so many people.
In true Nan and Hearts Choices style, all proceeds from this dinner are being donated to her 2 favourite charities, AARCS and The Alice Sanctuary.

- Thai Green Curry with Thai eggplant, Bamboo shoots and basil
- Crispy wonton appetizer
- Nam Prik Ong (Thai pork-style and tomato chili dip)
- Pad Kaprao (Thai spicy basil stir fry)
- Som Tam (Green papaya salad)
- Bamboo basil stir fry in red curry
- Coconut Rice
- Kanom Jean (rice noodles)
- Mango with sticky rice desert
- Lemongrass mint Thai tea
