In this class Monogram Coffee will introduce you to the Coffee Taster’s Flavour Wheel, and begin to Identify tasting notes and develop your coffee flavour vocabulary. You will taste and discuss many of the elements represented on the Flavour Wheel, as well as a selection of brewed coffee. This class is for anyone interested in developing their palate, all levels of experience welcome.

No coffee experience is required for this class. You’ll be developing skills that will help us identify flavours in all things (wine, beer, coffee, etc).
