In honour of the world class festival in Healdsburg, California that is celebrating 19 years, we have created a class to bring two matches made in heaven: Pigs & Pinot Noir. This class will include a variety of dishes: charcuterie and sausage, a roast, and even a pie! All paired with a couple of delicious Pinot Noirs from Metrovino.
