We will not be offering Happy Hour or our regular A La Carte Dinner menu for this evening. Join us at the Highwood Kitchen + Bar for Que Rica Comida, a contemporary Mexican dining experience featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from Alberta’s bountiful backyard. Prepared by Mexican chefs Irving Quiroz and Rodrigo Rivera-Rio with students from the SAIT School of Hospitality and Tourism, this unique collaboration will showcase techniques from Monterrey, Mexico using fresh, local ingredients that are unique to our region. Join Master Chef competitor , Irving Quiroz, and MICHELIN Star Chef Rodrigo Rivera-Rio for a one-of-a-kind evening.
