Join us at the Highwood Kitchen + Bar for Que Rica Comida, a contemporary Mexican dining experience featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from Alberta’s bountiful backyard. Prepared by Mexican chefs Irving Quiroz and Rodrigo Rivera-Rio with students from the SAIT School of Hospitality and Tourism, this unique collaboration will showcase techniques from Monterrey, Mexico using fresh, local ingredients that are unique to our region.
