Setting the Table is an invitation to step inside our living classroom and celebrate the next generation of industry leaders in action. In collaboration with celebrated Pastry Chef and Author Bettina Schormann, culinary students from the SAIT School of Hospitality and Tourism will prepare a four-course showcase of fresh, local, and seasonal dishes served with a side of student success. Join them as they bring academic excellence to life, one course at a time.
