Set sail on a culinary journey and indulge in a 5 course feast featuring masterful wine pairings. Savor the flavors of the sea with a special menu prepared by Chef Riccardo Valle as we celebrate the harvest of the season. Each wave of food will be accompanied with wine, perfectly matched by wine specialist Greg Blyth of Vice Imports.

$125 plus tax and gratuity per person. Please email bookings@rodneyscalgary.com if separate ticket purchases wish to be sat at the same table.

By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge, that this is a $20 deposit to hold a table for you. The remaining balance will be paid the night of the event. Eventbrite booking fee is separate from your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

First Course: CIOPPINO Medley of Fresh Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels and White Fish, Poached in a Light Tomato, Fennel and Wine Broth

Second Course: BAKED CLAM CASINO Quahog Clams Baked on a Half Shell with a Zesty Garlic, Shallot, Bell Pepper and Smoked Maple Bacon Infused Butter, Finished With Panko

Third Course: PACIFIC HALIBUT Pan Seared Pacific Halibut, Crispy Prosciutto, Served with a Hearty Cream of Corn and Chorizo Gumbo

Fourth Course: RAVIOLI Braised Beef Cheek and Mushroom Stuffed Ravioli, Tossed in Rich Creamy Rose Sauce Finished with a Sprinkle of Grana Padano

Fifth Course: DESSERT Oven Baked Peaches and Pear Brûlée Tart
