On Saturday April 20th, join us at The Garret Loft for our third edition of Supper Club. Featuring some of the very best talent in the industry, both locally and internationally; Supper Club is an intimate dinner experience like no other.

Edition No.3 features Chef Camilo Kobek, Executive Chef of Teatro & Kyo-Jean Chung of Sugar Water. This seated dining experience will feature 6 courses with 6 expertly paired beverages (a mix of cocktails, wine, aperitifs and digestifs as well as a non-alcoholic alternative list).

About the Evening: Having worked briefly in his native country of Chile, Camilo is excited to use this special evening to pay homage to his grandmother and mother, while representing his love for Canada and all that he has been inspired by throughout his career. With a deep passion for his Chilean heritage, a little west coast flair and many beautiful twists and turns inspired by his broad experience in the industry, Supper Club No.3 will truly be an inspired evening. This beautiful menu, along with curated beverage pairings by industry veteran, Kyo-Jean Chung of Sugar Water will be unforgettable and not to be missed!

About Chef Camilo:

Camilo is a seasoned chef with 15 years of experience in the culinary industry and a rich background that shaped his passion for cooking. Achieving his red seal by the age of 22, he developed a culinary style that reflects his West Coast upbringing with a fusion of Asian and Latin influences. Camilo spent the majority of his career in Gastown, Vancouver, contributing his talents to restaurants like Wildebeest and Pidgin under the guidance of Wesley Young. He further expanded his experience during a two-year stint in Toronto, working at the esteemed now one-Michelin-starred Alobar Yorkville. Now Camilo leads the team as the Executive Chef at esteemed Calgary restaurant, Teatro.

About Sugar Water:

Having spent arguably his entire life in the service industry, Kyo-Jean Chung has a deep passion for hospitality that spans across two and half decades of entrepreneurship; living and working throughout B.C., San Francisco, Mexico, Guatemala, and the Czech Republic. In 2015, Kyo joined a group of friends to create Sugar Water and explore his love for the art and culture of finely crafted cocktails, the unique products that they consist of, and his passion for bringing people together. This evening will explore a wide range of beverages to pair with Chef’s expert menu – including bespoke alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, wines, aperitifs and digestifs.
