In this class Monogram Coffee will start from the beginning and talk about coffee’s journey from seed to cup. One you’ve learned a little bit about coffee, they’ll dive into cupping, which is how the industry evaluates and scores coffees. Together you will walk through the process of cupping, explaining why and how to cup coffees, while evaluating a curated selection of coffees.

You will spend time discussing each of the coffees in depth, to learn about what makes them unique and how origin, variety and processing contribute to the cup. This is a great opportunity to start to develop your palate and increase your knowledge on both a micro and macro level.
