Join us in welcoming Javier Pedrazzini from Tenuta Monteti, from the heart of Maremma Tuscany to our dining room October 23rd at 6:30pm.

In 1996, while posted in Italy, he met Eva Baratta, daughter of Paolo and Gemma Baratta, founders of Tenuta Monteti. For almost 15 years they shared the diplomatic life in different postings, while developing their passion for wine with enology and wine making courses.

In 2010 Javier left his diplomatic career and the couple, returned to Italy and joined the winery team. We are thrilled to highlight this family’s exceptional wines with a 4 course menu curated by Chefs Khoder Haymour & Cassandra Boyce, created to mirror the same passion for quality represented by Tenuta Monteti.
