Some of the best whiskies coming out of the Orkneys in the last decade have been undisclosed single malts. They are usually from Highland Park, but some of them trace their origins back to Scapa. Kensington Wine Marker has cobbled together a range of 7 Orkney Malts, 3 each from Signatory and Old Orkney (Decadent Drinks), and another from A.D. Rattray. The whiskies were a hit in the virtual version of this tasting!
