Calgary Co-op will  take a walk through the Canadian whisky landscape and discover that it’s more than “rye and cola”.  They  will learn what it means to be a Canadian whisky and some of their  colourful history in whisky making.  The boom of new distilleries and how the definition of Canadian whisky is changing.
