As a crossroads for travellers and traders between Burma, Indonesia, India, China and Thailand, Vietnam has developed a cuisine that’s been influenced by the cooking traditions of all those countries as well as those of France. This rich history makes for fascinating and delicious eating, with an emphasis on freshness. Ching Li will show you how to make specialties native to the villages of northern Vietnam.
