It’s a thrill to learn how to taste and describe fine wines. You will taste 14 classic wines during the day. They explain how wine is made, take you on a world tour of the major regions and their signature grape varieties, and teach the art of food and wine pairing. This will dramatically increase your confidence when selecting wines, serving, and pairing them.
