The Wilde Restaurant in The Dorian is excited to be hosting a special Winemaker’s Dinner with Zorzal Vineyards and Winery Mendoza, Argentina.

Zorzal Vineyards and Winery Mendoza, Argentina was founded in 2007 by a group Calgary-based investors and produced its first vintage in 2008. The special guest for this evening is Zorzal’s winemaker, Jaun Pablo Michelini from Tupungato, Argentina. Embark on a journey into the captivating realm of Argentinian wine, perfectly paired with a delectable Five Course Menu meticulously crafted by Executive Chef, Josh Dyer and his culinary team.

$225 per person plus additional tax and gratuity.

Upon booking the restaurant will charge a $50.00 non refundable deposit that will go towards the full cost of the dining experience.
