Light and citrusy, the Limoncello Spritz is made for sunny afternoons, summer patios and easy entertaining.
Made with lemon liqueur, Prosecco and a splash of lemon sparkling soda, it’s a refreshing way to bring a little Italian flair to your glass.
The Limoncello Spritz has emerged as a vibrant and zesty cousin to the ever-popular bittersweet Aperol Spritz, offering a sun-drenched taste of the Italian coast in every sip. Where the Aperol Spritz boasts a sunset orange hue, the Limoncello Spritz shines with a cheerful, sunny yellow. A refreshing, delightful balance of sweet and tart, with effervescent notes, quickly makes this a favourite for those seeking a lighter, more citrus-forward aperitivo.
Much like its orange counterpart, the Limoncello Spritz is incredibly simple to assemble, a perfect choice for patio days, Friday afternoons and casual gatherings. The combination of Prosecco, lemon liqueur, and a fizzy lift from San Pellegrino Limonata creates a harmonious blend that is both invigorating and utterly delicious.
