Fallentimber Meadery built its name on mead, but now they’re bottling something new and exciting.
Their honey-kissed sodas are alcohol-free, full of flavour and made just up the road in Water Valley.

Located in Water Valley, about an hour or so north of Calgary, Fallentimber Meadery has been in business since 2010, offering lovely boozy meads (fermented honey beverages) in a variety of flavours and styles. And the family’s roots as beekeepers go back to the 1960s.
Recently, Fallentimber started making a range of pop, too. The Fallentimber Honey-Kissed Sodas are alcohol-free, not too sweet but loaded with flavour. Best, they’re not using artificial sweeteners; they’re using honey, of course. The all-natural flavours include grapefruit and lemon; lemon and lime; and blueberry and raspberry — the most popular, says CEO Dustin Ryan, “by a small margin.” Whatever flavour you pick, just know that you’re getting a refreshing alternative to alcohol that’s low in calories (approx. 60 calories per can) and made close to home.
