Returning to The Confluence on Sunday, August 23, 2026, the festival will transform the riverfront into a sizzling playground of fire-roasted flavors, bringing together award-winning restaurants and celebrated chefs for an unforgettable feast. Guests can indulge in bold, fire-kissed dishes and sip on cocktails, craft beer, premium wines, cider, hard teas, and zero-proof creations, while live music and guest DJs set the tone for a perfect summer day.

Festivalgoers at the “all you can enjoy” event can dive into vibrant, open-fire cooked dishes crafted by a top-tier culinary lineup of more than 60 of Calgary and Banff’s top chefs and acclaimed restaurants. This year’s roster includes Bonterra Trattoria, CRAFT Beer Market, The Eden, Hotel Arts, JINBAR, Knotted Roots, Little Chief Restaurant at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino, Major Tom, Maven, Milpa, Modern Pastures, Modern Steak, The Nash & Off Cut Bar, PARK By Sidewalk Citizen, Porch, Posto Pizzeria, Ribeye Butcher Shop, River Café, Rodney’s Oyster House, Salt N Sear Catering Inc.
