Burrowing Owl Releases First Cookbook

Burrowing Owl Estate Winery is thrilled to announce the release of its inaugural cookbook, the “Burrowing Owl Estate Winery Cookbook – Recipes for a Good Life,”  by Jennifer Schell Lirag. Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise and a deep love for the Okanagan region’s rich culinary landscape to this exceptional collection.
