We made it happen: Lina’s Italian Market Chef’s Table dinners are back!
With a mouth-watering, innovative menu created by chef Christopher Hyde, Lina’s after-hours dinners are something you have never tried before. Chef Hyde will take you on a culinary trip around Italy with his dishes. You’ll try recipes you’ve never seen before, following the Italian tradition, with a modern twist. This is a family-style dinner and the menu includes:
Antipasto, appetizer:
- Parmigiano Frico, mortadella spuma, toasted pistachios, balsamic & extra virgin olive oil;
- Saffron arancini with fontina & lemon
- Culatello, burrata, baby arugula & smoked oil
Pasta:
- Agnolotti with N’duja, corn crema, mint oil
- Egg yolk raviolo, asparagus, burro & lemon emulsion
Dolce, dessert:
- Panna cotta, Aperol spritz reduction and bitter orange honeycomb
Tickets cost $60 per person; wine pairing will be offered that night for a $40 ticket.
