A 1970s Nouvelle Cuisine theme sets the stage for this collaborative evening at Oxbow, where guest chefs Alex Chen, Duncan Ly, Jeremy Ouellette and Junell Mission each present a course in a seven-course tasting menu shaped by seasonal Alberta ingredients. The experience begins with a patio reception featuring sparkling wine, gin cocktails and canapés, followed by wine pairings throughout the evening.
