Hotel Arts Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Chef J.P. Dublado as Executive Chef, bringing more than 20 years of culinary leadership experience across Alberta’s restaurant, resort, casino, banquet and catering sectors.
Chef J.P. joins Hotel Arts Group following his role as Executive Chef at FinePrint in Calgary. Throughout his career, he has held executive leadership positions with Red Deer Resort & Casino, River Cree Resort & Casino, Wildflower Grill, Seasons of Bowness, Vintage Chophouse and River Café.
As Executive Chef, Chef J.P. will oversee the culinary direction of Hotel Arts Group’s restaurants, banquets, catering and hospitality operations, including Hotel Arts, Hotel Arts Kensington, Freestyle Social Club, Oxbow, Poolside and the Hotel Arts Group-managed catering program at SAIT.
