Non-alcoholic drinks continue to grow in popularity, and coffee is becoming part of that conversation.
Instead of reaching for a cocktail or another iced latte, this refreshing recipe brings together citrus, berry and sparkling tonic with decaf espresso for a drink that’s light, balanced and made for summer.
Summer Slumber
A splash of berry syrup and orange juice gives this sparkling coffee drink a refreshing twist, finished with a layer of fruity decaf espresso.

Notes
For the brightest flavour, use a fruity decaf espresso. Sought x Found Coffee Roasters recommends its Paradise Red Bourbon Decaf, with notes of rosehip, lemon-lime and iced tea.
