Debuting on YouTube in late April 2024, Reduce, Reuse, Ruminate, is an award-winning documentary that highlights the upcycling. Each week, a remarkable 25-50 tons of food does not make it to the grocery stores and beef farmers across Canada are committed to ensuring damaged crops and crop by-products including canola meal, soybean hulls and wheat chaff are converted into high-quality feed for cattle.
