DINE IN
Flores & Pine
Indulge in a curated four course dinner at Flores & Pine on December 23rd and 24th. They have two seatings, 5:30pm and 8:30pm, and the cost is $115 for adults, $30 for children 12 and under, and kids 5 and under free. Dinner begins with a choice of soup, poached shrimp and smoked salmon salad, or charred cabbage and butternut squash salad with smoked duck breast. The main course is either prime beef tenderloin, oven roasted Christmas turkey, olive oil poached islandic cod or roasted vegetable and herb ricotta rondelle. Dessert is a choice of chef’s Christmas cookies, cardamom roasted apples with elderflower drizzle, frozen yogurt with mulled winter fruits or a Swiss chocolate espresso roll with berries.
Yellow Door Bistro
Located in Hotel Arts, Yellow Door Bistro offers a buffet with new holiday classics. For $85 per person, guests can enjoy a fresh seafood station, brown butter squash gnocchi, herb brined turkey breast, ratatouille baked cod and sides like confit fingerling potatoes and parmesan pomme purée. A selection of holiday treats completes the meal.
Fairmont Palliser
Enjoy a fancy Christmas brunch in the Crystal Ballroom at the Fairmont Palliser on Christmas day between 10am and 4pm. Their timeless holiday-themed buffet is $129 per person, $65 for children between 6 and 12, with kids under 6 eating for free.
Thomson’s Kitchen & Bar
Thomson’s Kitchen Bar is offering a full day Christmas Day Buffet with seating times starting at 12pm and ending at 7pm. The buffet is $145 per person and $73 for children 6 to 12. This impressive buffet features an oyster bar, and stations for cannoli, carving, fish and seafood, dim sum and dessert. Domestic and imported cheese are featured, as well as cheese fondue and charcuterie. Mains include slow-braised Alberta beef cheeks, pork osso buco and maple roasted root vegetables.
Carriage House Hotel & Conference Center
Carriage House Inn has a Christmas Day Buffet, with reservations, available at 4pm, 4:30pm and 5pm. On offer to start is a selection of cold cuts and European sausages, a variety of salads, a vegetable platter and house dinner rolls. Mains include Alberta prime rib, oven roasted turkey and a seafood station. Adults are $80 and children 4 to 10 are $35.

Fairmont Palliser
Treat your family to Turkey-To-Go from Fairmont Palliser. Be sure to order your feast by December 19. Their small turkey dinner serves 4 for $350, medium serves 8 for $540 and large serves 15 for $820.
ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen
Blue Flame Kitchen offers a full Christmas take-out dinner which includes a juicy turkey and flavourful trimmings including honey and thyme roasted carrots, roasted beets and parsnips, sage stuffing with garlic, turkey gravy, brown butter mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. And for dessert – sticky toffee pudding with whiskey toffee sauce. More than enough for 4 to 6 people, the meal ready to heat and serve within 2 hours. Gluten free options are available. Pre-order by December 17 for pick up on December 23 and 24.
The Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel
The Best Western offers quite the spread to enjoy at home for the Christmas. Dinner includes roasted butternut squash soup, brioche dinner buns, roast turkey, sage stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, buttermilk whipped potatoes and roasted root vegetables. Dessert is a choice between Christmas trifle or a variety of pies. Dinner for two is $110; a 5 to 7kg turkey for 6 to 8 people is $329; a 7 to 9kg turkey, enough for 10 to 12 people, is $429.
Deane House
A stellar meal from the Deane House can be enjoyed at home for Christmas. Their beef Wellington for two is $185 and comes with honey-glazed carrots, roasted broccoli gratin, green salad and chocolate sourdough bread pudding. If you’re entertaining a crowd, their turkey roulade feeds up to 6 and includes sourdough stuffing, gravy, citrus cranberry sauce, pomme puree, honey glazed carrots, broccoli gratin, green salad and maple buttermilk pie – all for $350.
River Café
The take-home Christmas dinner from River Café will feed up to 12 people! Accompanying their free-range whole turkey, enjoy butternut squash, brown butter roasted carrots, baby kale salad with cranberries and feta, fennel and sage sourdough stuffing, mashed potatoes, berry compote, sage pan gravy and sticky toffee pudding. This $600 meal can be picked up on Monday, December 23.
Whippt Kitchen
Whippt Kitchen offers a family style holiday turkey dinner for only $34 per person. The meal includes herb roasted turkey, apple sage stuffing, rosemary pan gravy, brown butter yams, maple roasted vegetables, house-made focaccia and cranberry sauce. There’s also a vegetarian option.
